These terms apply to every purchase on art-fed.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. Please save or print a copy for your records.

The seller is Natalia Fedoseykina, an artist and private individual resident in Cyprus (“I”, “me”).

The shop offers original artworks, prints, zines and other printed items, and digital products (PDF files).
Prices are in euros (EUR) and are shown on the product page. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for your country. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU, if any, are paid by the buyer.
Original artworks are one of a kind. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real work.
You place an order by filling in the checkout form and pressing “Place order”. You will then receive an order number. The contract is concluded when I confirm your order by email.
The available payment methods are shown at checkout or sent to you by email together with the confirmation. Items are shipped, and digital products are sent, after payment is received.
If an item turns out to be unavailable, I will let you know and refund any amount already paid.
Physical items are shipped with tracking. Delivery times and prices are listed on the Shipping & returns page; delivery times are estimates.
Due to sanctions and other legal restrictions, I do not ship to some countries; they are not available at checkout.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, so I can resolve it with the carrier.
Physical items: if you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. To do so, send me a clear statement by email (for example, “I withdraw from order AF-1234”). Send the item back within 14 days of that email, in the condition you received it. The cost of returning the item is paid by you.
I will refund the price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method. I may hold the refund until I receive the item back or proof that it has been sent. If the item has lost value because it was handled beyond what is needed to examine it, I may deduct that loss of value.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to works made to your order or personalised for you.
Digital products: they are delivered right away. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download link has been sent. After that, digital products cannot be returned.
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes: to read it, view it on your devices and print it for yourself.
You may not: — share, send or upload the file or its pages, in full or in part, to other people, websites, social networks, file-sharing services or chats; — resell, rent out or give away the file (except through the gift option at checkout); — print copies for sale or use the content in commercial products, courses or workshops; — use the content to train artificial intelligence models.
Files may contain the buyer’s name or order number. If the licence is breached, it ends automatically, and I reserve the right to claim damages.

When you buy an original artwork or a print, you become the owner of that physical object. The copyright stays with me. Reproducing the work (prints, posters, merchandise, digital copies, NFTs, use in advertising or AI training) requires my written permission.
You may photograph and show the work you own, for example in your home or on social media, with credit to the artist. I keep the right to show images of sold works in my portfolio, publications and exhibitions.
If a physical item does not match its description or is defective, you have the legal rights of a consumer under EU law (the item will be repaired, replaced or refunded). Please email me with your order number and a description of the problem. I will reply within 14 days.
I use the data you enter at checkout (name, email, address, phone) only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. The address and phone are passed to the delivery service. Your data is not sold or used for advertising. You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data at any time by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
I may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
